Already a customer? Before raising a ticket, having a few details ready will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

• 1 What you're trying to do — a brief description of the goal or task, even if you're not sure of the technical details.
• 2 What's going wrong — describe what's happening, what you expected instead, and any error messages you've seen.
• 3 When it started — did something change recently, or has it always been this way? Any context helps us get to the bottom of it faster.
• 4 Any technical details — if you know them, things like your PHP version, web server, browser, or operating system can help us pinpoint the issue. Don't worry if you're not sure — just share whatever you can.
